When using Factory Works Oval Shock Towers
We have made the shock tower and suspension trim line stick-on pieces, because
this body is designed as a universal fit body for many truck kits. Thus trim lines on the body would become every confusing and take away for the body's appearance.
1) First with a pair of good scissors cut out the correct trim line pieces for your truck on the trim lines.
NOTE: that if you have a truck other then a RC10 GT or a Losi XXXNT or you have a GT or XXXNT with out our Oval Shock Towers - we are sorry for the lack of trim lines - you are going to have to figure out the cut lines on your own.
JUST GO SLOW AND MAKE SMALL OPENINGS, SLOWLY FITTING AND INCRESSING THERE SIZE TILL THE BODY FITS.
2)The front trim pieces line up 'FRONT TO BACK' with the body panel line that depicts the separation between the nose piece and the side of the hood.
NOTE THAT: That the bottoms for all four pieces align with the bottom trim lines in the body.
3)The left rear piece has a fold line marked on it, that after being folded aligns with the back of the air scoop bump.
4)The right rear side has a dashed line on it that aligns with the panel line between drives bump and rear panel.
5)We then cut out the body with the stick-ons in place.
